Error ID: 236036703 (Uploading problem)

Zotero is now taking more than 24 hours to upload MyLibrary. This is becoming a serious problem for me. MyLIbrary has more than 200K items now; the RAM of my computer is 16G. In my secondary computer things are better. But in the main computer the problem is such that often I can not work for two days in a row. I eliminated PDF's and things got better. For weeks things were more or less ok. But lately the difficulty above mentioned became more serious. As of now, I am trying to open my Zotero Library for almost two days. Please, send me your advise as soon as possible. Question: would the creation of multiple PROFILES solve the problem? If so, how to create them?
