Google Docs connection to Zotero fails

  • With a new profile in a new Firefox window -- yes, it operates properly.

  • OK, so you'll need to figure out what in your original Firefox profile is breaking this. Could be some cookie/tracking/security setting, or something else.

    You can also just refresh Firefox and see if that works.
  • Right. I've disabled a bunch of plug-ins and refreshed the browser. It's working now. I'll report back if I can identify which plug-in was the culprit.
