Can save a Snapshot but NOT the Full Text PDF

Any help would be appreciated - I have two final papers coming up and cannot find any answers online. When I save to Zotero, it can save a Snapshot, but not the Full Text PDF. For example, it'll say "X Science Direct PDF" (the X and words are all in red). I've updated my Zotero translator and uninstalled/reinstalled the connector, but it still isn't working. Is there anything else I can do? It's not saving any PDFs right now and I'm stressed for these assignments :(

Can you provide an example URL and a Debug ID from Zotero (not the Connector) for a save attempt where the PDF fails to save?

I'm seeing the same and it's an easy fix, we'll let you know when it works again.

You mention ScienceDirect above -- are you seeing the same issue there? If so, we'd need a separate URL and debug ID for that.

Is there anything I can do to fix it, or should I just wait? And the other article I was having trouble with saving works now! Thanks again!

You can't fix this yourself easily, but as a workaround you can right-click on the Save to Zotero icon and then select:
Save to Zotero --> Embedded Metadata

that will include the PDF. If you need this for multiple items (e.g. search results), you'll have to wait for our fix.
