copying multiple citations from Zotero to Word?

Is there any way to go into Zotero standalone, select multiple references and then copy them as a list of in-text citations (Author, 1999; Author, 2000) directly into Word? Is the only way to get in-text citations (which will then generate a bibliography) in Word to do so from within Word with a pull request to Zotero using the add in? Is there any way to grab them from Zotero and push them to Word somehow? thanks

Unless you need to do a lot of this, it will be simplest to just enter them manually. But if you want to try to do it in bulk:
