Word freezing

    I have had a problem with my zotero over the past week. My attachments have disappeared. When I tried to link a citation and/or reference in Microsoft Word, Word would freeze and I would have to force quit Word and Zotero. It is to the point that I am concern that I should not be using it at all and I am considering another app.
    I am just starting my dissertation processes and I can't be losing work that I have spent a lot of time on.

    First, what exact versions of Word and Zotero are you running? Can you provide a Report ID from Zotero?
    My attachments have disappeared.

    Are these things related in some way, or are these separate issues?
