Citation dialog doesn't appear

    I m having the same problem now. Citation dialogue red box does not appear and instead appears Zotero screen. How can I add citation from there? Unchecking "use classic add citation dialog" did not do anything.

    By Zotero screen, you mean the main Zotero interface, with the New Collection button in the top left?

    Have you checked to see if the citation dialog just went behind the main window?

    Yes, the main interface. I checked behind windows. The red bar is not there.

    Restart your computer and try again. If you're still having trouble, can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for trying to cite?
