Cannot sync (JSON Error: Syntax error, malformed JSON)

I'm having issues syncing the Zotero library since about a month ago. I keep getting this error: 'JSON Error: Syntax error, malformed JSON'. Here is my Report ID: 2079716721

And the error report says

[JavaScript Error: "HTTP POST https://api.zotero.org/users/XXXXXXX/fulltext failed with status code 400"]
...
version => 5.0.71, platform => MacIntel, oscpu => Intel Mac OS X 10.14, locale => en-US, appName => Zotero, appVersion => 5.0.71, extensions => Zotero LibreOffice Integration (5.0.20.SA.5.0.71, extension), Zotero Word for Mac Integration (5.0.24.SA.5.0.71, extension)

I tried searching for 'data:image' using the Everything mode according to this post: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/78256/error-report . I was able to find one note with an image, but after I deleted it, Zoeteo is still having the same error.

I'm guessing one or a few bad formatted PDF files are causing this but I don't know how to pinpoint the issue.

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that triggers this?

Hello, I'm also having the same error and am unable to sync. The Debug ID is D1445624953. The Report ID is 1518211070. Thank you.
