References for "Historical Social Research".

Can anyone help please? The Journal Historical Social Research / Historische Sozialforschung (HSR) has its own style in 'Document Preferences".

While the HSR style works OK for in text citations, there is a problem in References or Bibliography. Some references appear as follows:

———. 2013. Social Outcomes Fund. Cabinet Office. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/261051/CBO_guide.pdfs.

———. 2014a. Social Incubator Fund. Cabinet Office. https://www.gov.uk/government/news/10-million-social-incubator-fund-launches.

It's not just one author. This problem occurs with a number of different authors. Instead of putting the author first, there is instead a gap represented by dotted lines. Can anyone please suggest any way that these "dotted line" references will appear with the author as they should do?

I created this style after it was requested by the editors of the journal here (https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/69233/style-request-historical-social-research).
As the style is heavily based on Chicago Manual of Style it also means that the style replaces repeated authors with the dashes ---. So this is on purpose.

Was this something that you "think" is a mistake or was pointed out by the editors after submitting?

Thanks for getting back. I thought this looked like a mistake. Have HSR editors accepted these dashes for author repeats?

As you can read in the other thread I linked to they heavily tested the style and we had a good bit of back and forth. If it was annoying them, I'm sure they would say something to get it changed (which is very simple).
