Sync -Zotero.org not showing files on zotero desktop

I downloaded citation directly onto zotero desktop via web add- in. This reference however, is not showing up on zotero.org. How do I fix this?

    Thank you for the link. I checked the options listed not sure what worked but I found the reference in a different library. It is a journal paper and is cited as a journal paper on zotero desktop but saved only as a screenshot on zotero.org. I did finally also find the reference as a journal paper on another different library on zotero.org. May be I need to fix some settings for zotero.org to perfectly sync ?
