Feature suggestion: ISO 8601 Date format in column view

Hi all,

I'd love to see (optional) ISO 8601 date display (YYYY-MM-DD) support for the date view in the columns in the Zotero app. All these slash date formats dd/mm/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy are always very confusing...

We second that. Though it's the diminishing value sortable attribute which makes it useful, not necessarily the separators.

There's a plan to show dates that parse cleanly in a uniform format, but note that dates are already sorted properly regardless of how they're entered.

Can confirm date sorting within Zotero (5.0.64 on Mac) works as describe by dstillman.

I'm mostly interested from an aesthetic point of view / would like to implement software that is ISO 8601 conform, so group members don't confuse dates etc.
