Add citation error, Word plugin

Hi - error code below appears initially when inserting bibliography but now inserting citation or editing citation style also. Windows 10, office 365 working in OneDrive. Not resolved by saving a copy to desktop and turning off Autosave, or restarting both applications. No issues with same task on this set up ~2 months ago.

Thanks for any advice.

It likely won't work when the file is stored in OneDrive:

But are you saying it still doesn't work if you open the file from the desktop and try to insert citations into that verison? If so, check the permissions on the document to make sure it's editable by your current user.

Hi sorry for late response - yes issue remains when working from non OneDrive location. I'm the only user, don't see any restrictions?

@adomasven might have an idea, but otherwise I don't think we'll have much else to suggest on our end — you'll need to figure out why Word is saying the file is "locked for editing".
