there is problem with web socket connection failure..Report ID:1259957309 plz help

hi, every one i recently encountered a small problem while i tap the sync button in Zotero Chrome latest version. It shown that unable to function due to some web socket failure and diffrent other aspects related to java script. so please kindly help me to resolve this issue if any one familiar with this.. i hope soon i can find solution for it.

It's a problem with Box that they'll need to fix, though there's a Zotero beta that works around the problem.
