Upgrade StorageSync error

"Msg. is not defined" error occurs with WebDAV sync with Box.com. When I open library items added while using a different computer and then synced, the library items sync correctly but the file attachments that should have been stored on the Box.com server are only represented with an icon and metadata description (e.g., "Full Text PDF" generated by adding something from Proquest). When I try to open the attachment in the library entry I get an "msg not defined error."
