Zotero in combination with End-Notes

Hi, I love Zotero but I am having a problem with my document. When it came back from the editors who use end note I am no longer able to Add to the Bibliography or add new references with the old list. I think I am going to have to rewrite the entire document. Does anyone have any suggestions? As always I am on a tight time frame. Thanks, If you would like you may answer to eopage44@gmail.com. Thanks again.
