Can't download citations from Sage
I used to be able to save citations from Sage, but for the last few months, I haven't been able to. I have to instead download these manually and import individually to Zotero. This is a pain as I use Sage journals a lot. For a while this problem seemed to affect Wiley as well, but think that this is now okay. I use Zotero standalone and logon to Sage via my university (City).
Any suggestions?

Any ideas?
Thanks.

Any update on this issue?
In particular checking on privacy settings and resetting translators.
Checking now, I can download citation info from this:
http://journals.sagepub.com/doi/abs/10.1177/0950017018768203?journalCode=wesa
But nothing from this:
http://0-journals.sagepub.com.wam.city.ac.uk/doi/10.1177/0950017018768203
They are the same article, the former is from googling online, the latter from going via my library link. The problems is, however, that I can only access the full article pdf when I logon via the library (the second of the two weblinks).
Is there a solution?
