Zotero Extension Issue: I cannot save some sites to Zotero Standalone

Hello,

As I have written in the following entry, the Zotero extension doesn't save pages to Zotero: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/69304/chrome-connector-is-not-syncing-to-zotero

I didn't use Zotero for a while and now, it seems like just not working anymore. I see the icon, no problem with that, but I cannot save them. (Maybe, it is a storage and personal quota issue?)

Not saving sites like these:

https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/form-matter/#MattFormIntr
http://www.actionyes.org/issue7/backstrom/backstrom1.html

Also, when I try it with this one: http://www.worldcat.org/title/wealth-of-nations/oclc/973188383&referer=brief_results (The icon appears, but it doesn't save it to Zotero)
