    Could you check the database from the Advanced Tab of the Zotero preferences under "Files and Folders"?

    Certains répertoires de la bibliothèque locale et de groupe n'avons été mis en ligne sur https://www.zotero.org/plafont/items/
    Quelles explications à ce dysfonctionnement persistant depuis novembre 2017 ?

    This is a completely different error, and the other one should be resolved in the latest version. This one just means you're trying to upload a file to a group that's out of storage. Group storage counts against the group owner's quota, so if you're not the owner (which you're not, for this one), you'll get this message.
