Ibid Removed After Refresh
I refreshed my citations and all Ibids are removed. I reinstalled Zotero (upgraded to 5.0). My preference is Chicago Manual of Style 17th edition (full note). Plus, I never changed my original selection.

bwiernikChicago 17th ed recommends not using Ibid ever. If you really want to keep Ibid, there is a version of Chicago with ibid in the Zotero Style Repository.
-
Thomas HodgeDidn't realize 17th ed dropped Ibid. Thank you!
