urgent zotero storage issue

please help

so i cannot see the same items on my group library as i was previously . i increase storage space and syncing is complete but it still doesnt show all items on my local zotero

    I'm afraid I can't put any more time into this issue. I've spent hours trying to follow two (or three?) different accounts in a dozen threads reporting ever-changing versions of this issue without ever providing a detailed description of what's actually going on. Maybe someone else is able to help more effectively.

    all i need help is now : how to see all those files that i see on my computer under zotero storage and not in the library of my computer zotero. I just paid for another zotero for the email linked with computer zotero. So please help
