how to synchronize

it shows more because maybe i copied and backed up in another folder. so it shows larger size because i haven't added any new folder

so all the folders that i see on my computer zotero library why cannot i see it on my zotero.org library

So what you're seeing on your computer -- is that correct or is that missing information?
In other words, is the only problem that items that you see locally aren't on your computer or are you missing items that should be there?

i can see on zotero library on computer but cannot on zotero.org library..

yes my files are there on computer library but not online zotero library

OK, so when you put in your username in Zotero and sync:
https://www.zotero.org/support/sync
what happens? Do you get any error? A red exclamantion mark next to the round green sync arrow?

i havent done syncing yet

but that's what you need to do to get your data online

we are trying that but because a different email was used previously it is giving us message that we may not be able to sync as a different user name is being used

was a different e-mail or a different account used altogether?

ok i am able to get the email as we all use same password.

Now before i syn i want to export two items that show on the zotero.org library. how do i do that?

select them and click the Export icon at the top right. Note that this likely isn't necessary: sync will merge with, not overwrite, the online library.

where do i send it ..it doesnt give me options

tt says view file.. should i drag n drop it or copy n paste it

ok so now my problem is to export it asks to select and then when u press the green arrow it does not let you export it says show file .so there is no quick way to export the folder completely?
