Snapshot saving without styles

    Zotero is not capturing snapshots, only on specific websites.

    One of the values of Zotero is capturing a snapshot of a webpage "as is" for a record copy.

    I assume a webpage specific "translator" is NOT required to capture a snapshot, otherwise zotero will have implemented a mechanism by which websites can prevent zotero from capturing snapshots.

    A specific example is: https://www.bls.gov/data/

    zotero fails to capture a snapshot. When opening the capture, it is definately not the webpage. No errors are given.

    The only menu option on the browser icon is save with metadata. The zotero standalone is set to automatically capture a snapshot.

    Is there a fix?

    @alphacrash yours is a different issue, so you should start a new thread if you want to continue the discussion. It seems that Zotero is capturing the snapshot for the example you've given, but the stylesheets are not saved and the snapshot looks all messed up.
