Hi,

New to zotero. Both of the zotero-connectors for Firefox and Chromium fails to capture screenshot to zotero-standalone-5.0.4.

Start by updating Zotero -- it should be at 5.0.17. Then, which page are you saving from?

The version was upgraded to 5.0.17, yet no go. Tried both with firefox 54.0 and Chrome 58.0.3029.110. The debug output says:

I tried with all pages including this one to add with snapshot, fyi.

We'd want to see a Report ID from Zotero 5.0.17 and a Debug ID from the connector for a save attempt.

That's a Report ID from the connector. We need a Debug ID.

But first, can you explain further what the problem is? What do you expect to happen, and what is actually happening? That Debug ID from Zotero seems to show a snapshot being saved.

The Debug ID is D405384620 is the debug ID from connector (not from zotero-standalone).

The problem is the webpage snapshots are not captured as html files. Always results with "File Not Found"

Firefox can’t find the file at /home/zenny/Zotero/storage/AS8H2YLB/report-id-1425219630-no-snapshot-of-webpages-in-zotero5-standalone-from-zotero-connectors.html."

The same from chromium-browser, fyi.
