In-text citation with different colors?

Hi,
I am wondering is there any method can change the color of the in-text citation, so that they can be easily seen.

but it seems i cannot get it from this.

Zotero Citations are stored in Word as “Fields”. You can enable a setting in Word that will always highlight Fields in gray: https://wordribbon.tips.net/T006107_Controlling_Field_Shading.html

Although it can only shade the citation (not text in different colors), it highlights them and easier to be seen now.
