University of Toronto library no longer compatible with Zotero

I've recently had a problem with the U of T library, specifically with articles. I hit my zotero button at the top of my chrome browser and instead of saving the article reference to my library I get "Get it! Helper Window | University of Toronto Libraries" Anyone else have this problem or know of a solution?

Could you run us through the exact steps (starting with how you get to the article in question)?

It isn't all journal articles. It only happens when I begin with an article search here http://getit.library.utoronto.ca/index.php/article_finder
Having looked up the article and signed in remotely to the U of T library, it sometimes takes me to a U of T page where I have to look up the article myself in the journal. To be clear, the article I am looking for will not always be found, so I have to look it up myself on U of T's page for that specific journal (not the Journal's own website). But once I've looked up the article by date, for some reason zotero won't use the info on that page to make an entry.

in other words, it is only saving the title of the webpage for some reason.

What's the URL (for one random example) at the moment you're trying to save?

yeah, I'm guessing that's the problem. Is there any sign of the library interface on that page, or do you just see EBSCO?

When you hover over the Save to Zotero icon, what does it say?

I'm having a related problem. Zotero is not correctly pulling the call number from the University of Toronto library catalogue items. It hasn't been doing it correctly for a while. I submitted a forum post one or two years ago on the same issue and was told U of Toronto Library was using an old data format? and I've notified library staff but recently, in August 2017, was told by a librarian that it's been fixed. Yet, just now (3 October), I installed Zotero 5.0 for Mac, then the Zotero connector for Firefox, and tried it out and Zotero is still not pulling the call number. Looking at the MARC view of the catalogue entries, it looks like Zotero is pulling another line instead of where the call number is. When I hover over the Zotero icon, it ways "unAPI". Any advice/solution?
