Upgrade StorageIdentifying Style Used in Word

Odd question maybe - but is there a way to find out which style I have used in past documents? I have accidentally reformatted in a style I don't like, and now can't remember which style I do like.. As I write for different outlets and have been using full Chicago notes for some time. My preferences is for footnotes, author date, no brackets. But which style is that. If I could just see what my old documents actually use somehow, I'd be sorted. Thanks!
