Document is repeating endnotes as footnotes

My Word document is showing my citations as two different bibliographies at the end, in different styles. This happened after I changed the citation style although it's remotely possible that I selected "add bibliography" twice. I tried copying over the text into a new document and reselecting all of the citations. Any ideas?
