Word 2013: to add a citation change the current page and hide the markups

Hello,

Everything is in the title I would say: I am using Word 2013 and each time I edit or add a citation, the current page changes to a random page (getting me lost in my document) and the markup display passes from All Markup to No Markup.

It is similar to the post:
https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/55527/markup-lost-in-word-document-after-input-of-citation-via-zotero/#Item_0

But I am on Zotero Standalone.
I tried to update Zotero, I have the version: 4.0.28.7
But it says there is no update available, which seems weird to me as the current changelog states there is a version 4.0.28.9.

I disabled the HTTPS scanning of my antivirus as said here:
https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/updates_not_detected
Zotero still says it is up-to-date.

I tried to reinstall the word plugins and to update my firefox plug-in:
Now I have an ZOTERO tab in the ribbon in addition to the ADD-INS tab (which contains Zotero's tools).

But the problem remains...

So I do not know what to do to resolve the problem :/
I'm writting a thesis, so to get sent to a random page is quite an hassle, hehe :D !

Thank you for your reading,
