Translator not working

Hello

I would like to report a problem with this website

http://www.journals.uchicago.edu

When I click on the zotero link in the address area, I get a gray window but no information and the reference is not added to my library.

    same here - provide a specific link. Also make sure you have followed the troubleshooting directions here:
    http://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues

    generally the translator is working, appears to be a more specific issue.
