Linked PDF files to records - now I would like to move PDF files

I linked PDF files to records within my Zotero database. Now I'd like to move the PDF files to a different folder. Can I do this without losing the connection?

    The file structure is like this:

    ..\Clinical Molecular Science MSc Work\5.1\Sources
    ..\Clinical Molecular Science MSc Work\5.2\

    and I would like it to be

    ..\Clinical Molecular Science MSc Work\5.1\
    ..\Clinical Molecular Science MSc Work\5.2\Sources

    If I just cut and paste the folder over, Zotero doesn´t know where all the files are when I tell it to open a PDF. How can I overcome this=
