Web of Science and Wiley Online Library translator troubles

The Web of Science translator has not been working for me for a few days; it's giving me the "could not save item" error message as soon as I click the Zotero folder icon.

Wiley isn't working either. I get the message saying that it's saving the item, but then it doesn't.

I'm using Zotero for Firefox, on a Mac, and I've checked that my Zotero and Firefox are both up to date. I can save items from the NY Times just fine.

For Wiley, could we get a URL, please, exactly as you see it? And when it says "Saving..." does it display the title you're trying to save or not?

Sure! It does not display the title, just "Saving...", and then it disappears.

I'm accessing these sites through my university library; maybe that's the issue? The url for this Wiley article is ridiculously long:
