Upgrade StorageIssue retrieving pdf attachments
Good morning,
I just started a new library, and began the process of loading the citations and pdf files; I have 10 citations total. When I initially linked the pdf files, I was able to click on the pdf icon associated with the citation, and the document opened in a new tab. However, after a restart of Firefox, I can no longer open the attached file associated with any of the citations; the icon remains, but when i double-click, the new tab opens, but it is black with no image, and the page count shows "1".
I tried un-installing the PDF tools from the preferences, but that didn't change anything. It's not the end of the world if this feature doesn't work, but it's easier than accessing the documents via the associated URL.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
