FYI, on zotero.org/styles/ the mouse over example Bibliography for MLA with underline still shows article titles in sentence (not title) case in a couple of instances.
Also, the mouse over example Bib for APA 6th shows title (not sentence) case for a couple of book or article titles. I imagine that this might be due to how the sample data is entered, not the style definition.
the underline MLA style is outdated (as is underlining... if I'm really motivated I may update that style, but why would anyone want to use that? Maybe MLA has a 1970s nostalgia panel ;-)?
