Install sendToUrl.xpi on Standalone

Does anyone know if it's possible to install the SendtoUrl.xpi on the Standalone version. I've been working with trying to get data into Zotero via the Old Bailey API as per this blog post: http://criminalintent.org/zotero-and-old-bailey/ and need to install this to get the info back out of Zotero and into Voyant or other places. The explanation on the crimininalintent.org site only refers to using it within Firefox.

    You can install add-ons from .xpi files in Standalone from Tools-->Add-ons.
    It's very possible this won't work, in that case get in touch with the add-on's developer.
