Punctuation inside quotation marks

    With Zotero3.0m297 (=MLZ) the "punctuation-in-quote=false" becomes valid as soon as Zotero->Preferences->Languages->CSL=German.

    For all those out there, who want the comma outside the quotes:
    There must be:
    1) an entry inside the .csl-File within the locale portion:
    <locale>
    <style-options punctuation-in-quote="false"/>
    </locale>

    AND

    2) Zotero MLZ: Preferences->Languages->CSL=German
    Standard Zotero: The CSL-Language must be somehow set to German. I do not know how.
