Mac openOfffice ->Word 2008
Hi,
I wrote an article in OpenOffice, converted to Word for publishing purpose, get reviewed and formatted from journal. I wish to work further with the article and zotero in Word.
how do I do it?
- i see the zotero references are not references any more, that is plain text
- i try rebuild the references with new zotero references but get error message: "UnboundLocalError: Local variable 'field' referenced before assignment"
-I understand 'field' was probably set in openOffice. what should I do to flexibly work with my document and avoid to reorganize all the references manually?
-I miss a "clear" procedure for working with a document and zotero back and forth between openOffice and Word, it is possible

i mean i did do the convert to bookmarks, but i am not sure if it was that document, it is a long time ago.
when i now open the docs prefs script, i get the same type of error
"UnboundLocalError: Local variable 'needSort' referenced before assignment"
I opened the .doc in OpenOffice, converted to "bookmark", saved again i .doc, and now I can add new references, though the old ones cannot be edited, but it helps a lot to re-organise and sort all the references.
I managed to insert one citation, (as i tested last time)
but cannot insert two,
the second remains as {citation} in the text flow and is not updated. If run the Refresh script, the {citation} insertion(s) is removed.
any hint?
