Sort Notes like Note Cards

Back in the day before electronic research and media, I remember sorting cards on my floor or table as a visual outline of sources for my papers. I would love to see a feature that would allow me to sort notes in such a way on a report and then print. Maybe include sort "headings" as well (like "intro", "point 1", "point 2", etc.)

If it could be a drag and drop feature that would be great too!
