formating of snapshots

Something has gone very wrong with the formatting of my snapshots of webpages. When I click on one (and it seems to be all of them), the text is huge and the formatting/rendering of the webpage is all out of whack, with text showing up on top of other text. Anyone know how do fix this? Thanks.

    Can you provide a sample URL? I haven't heard of this happening frequently, but some sites do break when we try to snapshot them.

    In trying to answer your question, I did a bit of fiddling around and have figured out that it was something to do with FF. For some reason it was opening all of my snapshots, no matter what site they were from at a very high level of zoom. I did View -> Zoom -> Reset and that appears to have solved the problem. I have no idea why this was occurring.
