Upgrade Storagemoving libraries

Thank you both for the responses. This is coming from my old account because the new one is logged out.
This is what happened: I got as far as 4. I did not get authenticate but may laptop library started synching.
1. I figured that this was because the email address wasn't connecting, and tried changing it.
2. This didn't work. So how would I proceed with email change so that it will synch?
3. I upgraded the subscription immediately, though.
