Web library: my annotations erase when I write them each time

Hello,
I am using only Zotero Web library version because my computer is in other place.
I am logged in My library and using the Pdf Reader. The problem is that my annotations erase when I wright them each time. Two signs of something is not working:
- Firslty te last annotaton erases by it self when edditing.
- After closing and opening sesion again, the notes of pdf are gone, not visible colors and annotations at all.

What could be the problem?

Thank you for your report!

We've traced both issues to changing annotations on the same document from more than one place at the same time: either by having the document opened in multiple tabs, or in multiple syncing applications (e.g. desktop and web) or by multiple users in a group library.

We will fix both issues reported. As a temporary workaround to avoid this problem, ensure that a single document is only being changed in one place at a time.
