Word crashes when inserting citations

    Hi,

    I am also experiencing problems with Zotero when working with Word.
    At first, everything worked fine, but after inserting a few citations in-text, when clicking on the add/edit citation word crashes (the program closes losing all my unsaved progress). I have looked at the troubleshooting document and have done all the steps to make sure it doesn't happen (restarted both Zotero and Word, made sure both are up-to-date; disabled tracking and comments on Word; reinstalled the Word add-on; pretty much everything on the troubleshooting list). The only thing that eventually worked was online repairing Microsoft through windows. This fixed the problem for some time, but now it happens again, and repairing doesn't help this time.
    It's worth mentioning that the crash only happens after a few citations are placed in-text, and when trying to add another, it crashes without Zotero even popping up.

    Zotero is a lot more comfortable than other reference managers I have used so far, and I want to keep using it, but these crashes are pushing me to the limit of moving on to a different one.

    I hope this problem can be fixed soon.

    Can you provide a Report ID? What exact version of Word?
