Zotero无法同步的问题
工程师你好,我在我的PC上安装了Zotero9,并成功进行了同步;但我来到我的办公室后,在我的办公电脑上安装了Zotero7,却显示“无效的用户名或密码”。这个账号既可以在9版本上同步,又可以在网页端“log in”,但唯独7版本不行,请问这是怎么回事?thank you!

dstillman Zotero TeamYou'll need to upgrade to the latest version of Zotero. For security reasons, older versions are no longer able to log in for syncing, except immediately after a successful password reset.
