Unlimited storage but exceed quota on sync?
Hi all
I have just upgraded our group's institutional subscription and confirm on my account this is complete and we have unlimited storage. Nothing has changed on Zotero settings (same account etc. and I am the group owner).
When I sync on Zotero I get this error:

Can anyone please advise on what to check to troubleshoot this please?

adamsmithI'd start by checking that you actually own the group (and aren't just an admin). In almost all cases this ends up being the problem.

mjhutchinsthanks for the reply. Yes, fixed it! Someone removed or somehow the actual owner email address was removed! Added back and all fine! Sorry for a trivial post, but thanks for the reply
