When inserting a citation into Word 2019 and also when creating bibliography, Zotero asks to convert file

Same issue with Word 2024. Have tried all troubleshooting methods I have been able to find.

I also encountered exactly the same problem. I tried clicking the refresh button, and as a result, Word popped up this page.

@jestone: Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing and your Word version screen? We've gotten a number of reports of breakage from 2019 in the last couple hours, but none from any other version.

Using RTF, the bibliography is formatted correctly. However, if I add a further citation the second citation is replaced by the third citation and a serious of error warnings occur.

Hey,
I'm currently experiencing the same issue for the first time!
Yesterday, my Bibliography was already pasted in my word document, today it was not.
When I tried to add it, it also asked me to convert. This is extremely troubling, as I'm set to print my thesis today, deadline is friday. Any known workaround currently?

In-app updates are still being prepared, but if you don't want to wait, you can install Zotero 9.0.5 for Windows from the download page over your current version. Your data won't be affected.
