Word does not open the connector

When I click the Add/Edit citation button in the Word plug in, nothing happens. I have already tried to restart my computer, update Zotero, reinstall Zotero and reinstall the Zotero plugin in Word. What else can I still do?

Make sure you're starting Zotero before Word so that it can update the plugin.

(But we've also just released Zotero 9.0.3, which will allow old plugin versions to continue working even if the plugin hasn't been updated in Word.)
