Upgrade StoragePortuguese (PT) language has guillemets (« ») instead of double quotation marks (" ")
I've noticed that when zotero language is set to portuguese (portugal) que direct quotes format assumes guillemets (« ») instead of double quotation marks (" ").
My way of getting around this was to set the language as portuguese (brazil)
