Upgrade StorageScrollbar going down indefinitely with mouse scroll in the Context Pane of the Reader
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open a PDF file in the Reader with the Context Pane opened on the right
→ If you scroll down in the Contect Pane, it stops with the Related section at the bottom:

2) Click on the Notes button in the Sidenav
3) Click on the Info button in the Sidenav
→ If you scroll down in the Contect Pane, it reaches normally the Related section and then continues going down more slowly indefinitely:

Same with arrows instead of mouse scroll.
