[style bug?] NLM/Vancouver: Citing Medicine 2nd edition (citation-sequence)

This style seems to be adding `Report No.` even when that field is empty. Might you consider fixing this, please?

Thank you. I never understood, or maybe do not remember, how and when such edits propagate into the selectable styles in the Zotero client.

currently it's on "Open". Once it's reviewed it'll switch to "Merged" and that would mean the style should be available in Zotero an hour later.
