No, unfortunately not at the moment. Remarkable is a closed platform and you can only use “its” applications.
As far as I know, there is potentially a couple of ways to use Remarkable, by sending the PDF file to the Remarkable tablet, reading and annotating it, and then sending it back to Zotero. There have been some attempts to do this, but I guess you lose some of Zotero's functionality and it's not easy.
I moved from Remarkable to a Onyx Boox tablet (android) for that very reason.
Regarding workarounds to do this, if you can access a cloud folder on your computer and on your device, the Zotmoov plugin (on your computer) can automate the temporary move of selected PDFs to the cloud folder, as "linked" PDFs. So those PDFs can be worked on in that cloud folder with an external reader on your device. And then back on your computer, Zotmoov can move the PDFs back under Zotero\storage. Annotations added on the device will be visible in the Zotero reader (albeit locked until imported). However any *existing* annotations in the PDF *prior* to the move to the device will not be visible in the external reader (since Zotero annotations are stored in its database, not in the file) ... unless they are exported to the PDF file in Zotero prior to the move. https://github.com/wileyyugioh/zotmoov/blob/master/docs/CUSTOM_MENUITEM_INFO.md#examples
