When searching for attachment content in my root library (My Library) using the “everything” mode, results are generated quickly (~1 sec.) if I search for a single word (e.g., “media”). However, when I try to search for a word combination in quotes (e.g., “media studies”), the search keeps loading for quite a while (~50 sec.) and fails to return any results.
This issue was previously reported in a 2023 discussion (https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/103620/search-bar-malfunctioning) and I didn't experience it before updating to Zotero v7.

AbeJellinekAttachment content is indexed by individual words, so searching for a sequence of words requires a much slower unindexed search. You can make it faster by adding more filters (e.g. Item Type is Journal Article).
