OSCOLA Court Case Page Number Problem
I'm having an issue with the 08/26/2025 OSCOLA citation update. When citing court cases (not journal articles, books, etc.), the second and subsequent times the case is cited, the page numbers disappear from the footnotes. The page numbers are still listed in the "add/edit citation" function if you select it while in MS Word, but you can't get it to populate in the footnotes.
EXAMPLE: For instance, the first time I cite page 216 in the court case "Alice Corp v CLS Bank (2014) 573 US 208, 216", the citation shows up correctly in the footnotes for MS Word. When citing the same case the second time and adding a different page number, it shows "Alice Corp. (n 3)." and leaves off the page number for the pinpoint cite. It should show something like "Alice Corp (n 3) 220." If I go to view or edit the page number using the "add/edit citation" button in the ribbon on MS Word, the page number is still there, it just will not show up in the footnotes. This only seems to be happening with court cases, and it only seems to have happened since the August update to the OSCOLA citation for Zotero. Papers drafted using pre-August 2025 OSCOLA seem to include the page numbers correctly. Thoughts? Can this be fixed?
